Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance member relationships and engagement across all brands, focusing on the 55+ age segment. Lead and implement 1:1 engagement and retention programs, overseeing execution with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers. Design and deliver member programs grounded in business insights, addressing member needs, market context, and competitive dynamics. Execute cross-channel campaigns, leveraging paid, owned, and earned media to maximize engagement and retention, while optimizing the member lifecycle. Manage budgets, reporting, risk, and post-initiative reviews, continuously optimizing marketing efforts to drive business growth and positive member outcomes. What you will bring: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, proven experience in financial services marketing, specializing in B2C audiences across banking, wealth, and superannuation. In-depth understanding of superannuation, banking, wealth, retirement, and investment landscapes, with expertise in customer-contact strategy and execution. Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a proactive approach to risk management and stakeholder engagement. Experienced in translating business strategy into actionable marketing plans, including segmentation, targeting, campaign management, and forecasting. Data-driven, results-oriented, and innovative, with excellent project management skills to meet deadlines and deliver business outcomes. Make your move. Make your mark.
