About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to teach in a supportive and collaborative environment that values innovative approaches to learning. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging English and Maths lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN. Adapt teaching strategies to support a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH. Work closely with support staff and other educators to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Monitor student progress and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes independence, confidence, and a love for learning. What We're Looking For: Experience teaching English and/or Maths, ideally within an SEN or alternative education setting. A passion for supporting students with additional needs and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families. Unqualified teachers with relevant teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
