ABOUT THE ROLE As the Senior Account Manager, you will drive sales growth and manage key distributor and reseller relationships across the ANZ Pacific region, including Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Cook Islands, and the Pacific Islands. Take full ownership of relationships with major distributors and resellers across the Pacific region to build loyalty and drive account retention. Understand the unique needs of customers and provide tailored solutions to increase sales and expand market share. Lead training and onboarding initiatives to ensure customers effectively adopt and utilise the technologies. Oversee contracts with distributors and resellers, ensuring year-on-year growth and compliance. Introduce new technologies to customers and drive utilisation of your products. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutual profitability. Develop and implement sales strategies that meet regional needs and achieve sales targets. Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions, meet client requirements, and provide exceptional after-sales service and support. ABOUT YOU Proven success in account management, demonstrating a strong track record of sales growth and account retention, particularly within the medical or healthcare sector. Extensive experience managing large distributors and resellers in a B2B sales environment. Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges. Tertiary qualifications required (minimum Bachelor’s degree).
