In this role, you will largely be acting in the capacity of Client Services Manager, having a dedicated portfolio of clients you are responsible for servicing. You will provide essential accounting support, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and deliver high-quality client service. Key Responsibilities: Client Support: Assist in managing a portfolio of clients by providing essential accounting, taxation, and advisory services. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis, tax planning, and business consulting to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth. Compliance: Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. Client Advisory: Support senior accountants in serving as trusted advisors to clients, understanding their unique financial goals and challenges, and tailoring strategies to meet their needs. Regulatory Updates: Stay informed on changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients. Business Development: Assist in business development efforts by expanding services within existing client relationships and supporting new client acquisition. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, senior accountants, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and drive client satisfaction. Professional Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your professional skills and knowledge. Qualifications and Experience: Experience in accounting, taxation, and advisory services. Knowledge of Australian taxation laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
