IB&M’s success will be achieved through the effective implementation of our strategic initiatives. QDAT’s (Quants, Data, Analytics and Technology) purpose is to power, transform & grow IB&M, supporting its strategy via a centre of excellence using data, mathematics, insights, and technology to deliver exceptional results for our clients and the wider Group. See yourself in our team You will be part of a highly driven Market Data Regulatory & Analytics team who are tracking Risk and Regulatory activity linked to Market Data. We are also focused on enhancing the Beacon Market Data Tools such as Market Data Quality controls & MRE Containers. In this role You will be responsible for tracking and troubleshooting existing reconciliation and processes supporting market data. You will also be preparing documentation for regulatory and audit purposes including business requirements, methodology recaps and Standard Operating Procedures. Other responsibilities will also include Liaising with Risk, Trading, Quants and other stakeholders to ensure existing and upcoming tools are compliant. Ability to debug, peer review and develop code using Python, SQL, Github and Jira tools. We’re interested in hearing from people who have Experience and knowledge from a quantitative financial background or similar role. Good understanding of programming languages such as Python or C++. Familiarity with financial products will be beneficial. Understanding of software lifecycle and agile methodology. Highly recommended APS112,116,117 and FRTB regulatory Framework knowledge. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively. Experience working on complex products.
