Our client is seeking a 5+ year lawyer with strong litigation experience who is passionate about handling a variety of commercial matters, including M&A, leasing, structures, and transactional commercial documents, including drafting & reviewing. You will need to be commercially minded and strategic with a good mix of commercial advisory-related experience in a similar role. What You'll Be Doing Provide strategic advice on commercial-related matters, including M&A, leasing, contractual agreements, and structures. Provide support and mentorship to more junior members of the team. Requirements The ideal candidate: Has 5+ PQE with strong commercial and technical skills. Has experience working with an SME client book and with business owners. Demonstrates solid client and practice management abilities. Enjoys working as part of a team.
