Our leading Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice is currently seeking a talented associate or senior associate to join the team in Sydney. The team is consecutively ranked Tier 1 for TMT in Chambers APAC and are market leaders in their field, with a full-service offering covering transactional, regulatory and dispute resolution matters. They regularly advise some of the world’s most innovative and best-known e-commerce, media and online brands on strategic commercial transactions, including joint-ventures, acquisitions, procurement, outsourcing, regulatory compliance, and product rollouts, as well as disputes in the TMT sector, together with emerging technologies and issues in the sector including information security, privacy, cyber security, and data protection. The practice group collaborates nationally and works cohesively as one team, so you will have ample opportunity to work across a variety of clients and matters. If you have 3 or more years’ experience acquired within the TMT space at a commercial law firm, we would like to hear from you. Applicants from all jurisdictions will be considered.
