Base pay range A$170,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr Manager - IT Project Services and Quality Engineering Senior BA - Retail Banking PLEASE NOTE - THIS ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO BE IN SYDNEY AND HAVE FULL WORKING RIGHTS IN AUSTRALIA Salary: $180-200k + superStart: ASAPLocation: Sydney CBD (2 days per week in office) The role: This is an opportunity to join our client's Core Banking team and help shape the future of Banking & Payments Platform, ensuring delivery of scalable, reusable, and compliant solutions. Responsibilities: Conduct user research and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Build the best overall picture for your assigned project features and be the point of reference for information and updates on your area of function. Capture requirements and artefacts in an accurate manner to help devise appropriate solutions. Function as a bridge between business and technical team in articulating contents in an understandable language. Complete assigned tasks in timely manner in alignment with the project timelines. Previous experience in business analysis roles working in Core Banking areas such as, Loan, Deposits, Accounts, interest calculation, fees calculation, payment reconciliation. Excellent structured analytical skills with the ability to document requirements for complex and vast systems in a logical and understandable manner. The ability to write user stories for developers with clear and testable acceptance criteria. Excellent stakeholder management skills working across the product and engineering organisation with a wide set of teams. High diligence including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
