To be successful in this role you will bring: Diploma of Mortgage Broking & strong Commercial Lending experience - Essential 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in mortgage advising/lending Current broker with MFAA or FBAA Exceptional client service, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High ethical and service standards Experience with BrokerEngine/AFG Flex highly regarded About the Role Full-time – Office-based in the Sydney/Newcastle CBD We are seeking a talented broker with a strong client focus to ensure the continued delivery of exceptional service within our Lending team. This senior position is responsible for developing and maintaining an exceptional lending service for Prosperity’s commercial and personal clients. As a Senior Lending Adviser, you’ll work alongside a talented team of Accountants and Financial Planners to support their clients with complex financial needs. This role offers a robust pipeline of leads, and an established client base ready for proactive management, supported by an established lending team. Key Responsibilities Building strong rapport with new and existing Prosperity clients with a mix of residential and commercial loans, many of which are self-employed and high-net-worth clients. Establishing and maintaining relationships with Directors and Principal Advisers to source lending opportunities within their client portfolio. Understanding their requirements and objectives, scenarios, and goals to research suitable lending options from our panel of lenders and present them to the client. Overseeing the end-to-end application process with the support of a dedicated Lending Assistant team. Attending and participating in weekly Lending team meetings. Identifying areas for development to assist with promoting continuous improvement in service delivery for the Lending team and wider firm. Join our team today!
