As the new team member, you will play a pivotal role in providing business advisory services to their clients, in the capacity of a Senior, in the phenomenally successful and fast paced Business Advisory Services team in Sydney. You will be a true collaborator with excellent initiative and the ability to build trust and relationships with clients and colleagues is essential! Providing support and training to junior staff members requires you to have honest communication and mentoring skills. You will demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment! Key Responsibilities: Maintain lasting ‘sounding board’ partnerships with clients, ensuring you are an extension of their business. Expert Financial Reporting across a diverse range of business entities and HNWI. Highly skilled in Tax Compliance for entities of various structures, alongside detailed advisory services. In-depth research into taxation and business matters. Proficiency in widely used accounting software such as Xero, MYOB. Building and nurturing client relationships, as well as guiding junior team members. Contribution to team training and mentoring, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Ability to identify issues and provide solutions in a proactive manner. Key Requirements: Demonstrated success in managing relationships with excellent written and verbal communication skills. CA/CPA qualification or in active pursuit of qualification. At least 4 years of chartered experience in a similar role providing Business Advisory. Ideal experience would be within mid-tier or Big 4 consultancy. Proficient in Xero and MYOB. Able to obtain a National Police Check. Our client is a unique breed of accounting firm.
