Responsibilities: Responsible for feature & story refinement driving the development and adoption of our identity management policy on leading edge cloud technologies Suggesting innovative process and practice improvements to add value, drive productivity/efficiency Actively participating in agile scrum ceremonies, focusing on estimation and breakdown of stories Assisting the team with testing and doing demos 3+ years experience working in User Access Management in financial services Experience on the Sailpoint IIQ platform Experience working in Sailpoint Role based access control model Experience in Business and IT Role mining Passionate about agile delivery and proven success in agile delivery Strong customer empathy and experience with a wide range of stakeholders Proven track record across transformation, onboarding, or migration initiatives, familiarity with JIRA, Confluence Strong communication and documentation skills – including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences A self-starter with a desire to effect meaningful and value-add change Strong team player and collaborator How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume.
