Senior Business Analyst - Cards and Payments This Big 4 Bank is working on a transformation around Merchants for their cards domain around Onboarding, Servicing, Billing and more. They're working on upgrading the systems for Merchants to be onboarded into their systems, with specific focus around pricing, billing and assessing the risk for each Merchant in a timely and efficient manner. They also want to focus on upgrading the product offerings for each Merchant as well. What you'll do: Serve as the primary liaison between the Domain, Technology, and Business Product Owner Analyse business requirements and produce documented and approved specifications for any new or change to technology applications and/or business processes Work with the Product Owner to refine the backlog of the team through prioritisation, estimation, and decision making Support backlog delivery focusing the team on the highest priority work Represent the voice of the Customer and Colleague when developing the product roadmap Support Developers, Engineers, and UX designers in understanding the requirements so they can deliver on their commitments What you bring: Solution Gap Analysis Data Mapping Problem solving Analysis and delivery experience within complex environments Workshop and facilitation skills Familiarity with tooling such as Clarity, Grace, Confluence, Figma A focus on Fiserv product suite and frontline banking systems Strong knowledge in Cards acquiring and Merchant Risk Strong knowledge around Merchant Onboarding Monitoring risk of each Merchant and the onboarding process for Merchants.
