IT Business Analysts- Cards Job Title : IT Business AnalystContract : 12-month with likely extension Program: 3-4 years Day Rate: $700 - $850 + superLocation : Sydney, 2 days a week office attendance Role Overview: We are seeking a strong IT Business Analyst with a strong background in: Mainframe systems OR Data Migration and cards (credit or debit) for a 12-month contract with likely extension. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project delivery with a calm, logical approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, primarily focused on consumer payments Collaborate closely with technical counterparts to deliver projects Communicate effectively with stakeholders, understanding requirements and ensuring project goals are met. Provide logical, high-level thinking, drilling down into technical details when necessary. Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in the consumer payments industry Prior banking experience Proven experience in payments and/or mainframe technologies Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates must be based in Sydney with full work rights.
