Talenza have been engaged by one of Australia's Big 4 Banks to source a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to a key transformation.About the role Brand new piece of work Working with senior stakeholders Working with the business & technical teams within credit risk and other key banking areas The ideal candidate: You are an experienced Senior Business Analyst with:6+ years within Financial Services as a Business Analyst Credit risk experience, and wider banking knowledge Experience interpreting and translating regulatory requirements Experience working according to Agile / Scrum principles Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary; Exceptional written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly; Problem-solving and negotiation skills; taking initiative and the ability to offer new ideas; Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives; Understanding of data and data flows Jira & Confluence Some SQL experience would be advantageous Naturally positive, with some get up and go attitude What's in it for you This is an awesome opportunity for a Business Analyst to continue their career in the banking industry within an experienced and committed team!
