Rest will review applications prior to the closing date and may close the role earlier.Job Description Senior BA to enable an enterprise-wide PPM tool Collaborate as part of a project team through to implementation Work for an industry leader on a 6-month fixed term project We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in enterprise-level Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools to join our project team. You will collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business requirements, create user stories, and work closely with a small project team through to implementation. You will leverage your experience to optimize our PPM processes, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure successful implementation of an enterprise-wide systems PPM tool solution. Analyse and document business requirements for PPM tool implementation and customization Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains Develop and maintain project portfolio dashboards, reports, and analytics to support executive decision-making Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance user adoption of PPM tools Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states of PPM processes Provide subject matter expertise on PPM best practices and industry trends Assist in the evaluation and selection of PPM tools and related technologies Support the integration of PPM tools with other enterprise systems Develop and maintain documentation for PPM processes, procedures, and system configurations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field Demonstrable experience as a Mid-Senior Business Analyst in enterprise systems environments Advanced proficiency in enterprise-level PPM tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences Proven track record in implementing and optimising PPM solutions Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies Understanding of project and portfolio management principles Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) and/or PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Additional Information Our benefits have been designed so you can tailor your experience with us and include: Personal and professional development opportunities Hybrid working Purchase leave scheme and gender neutral 16 weeks paid parental leave Super Contribution Continuation for 12 Months of parental leave Linkedin Learning Income Protection Insurance Rest Excellence awards (peer recognition awards based on Rest's values and behaviours) Rest Stops - meeting free breaks If you share our values, believe you can help make a difference for our members and want to be part of a leading superannuation fund with a Super culture, please click Apply Now.
