Job Description

This large commercial client within the Healthcare sector is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work across a number of key projects. This is an initial contract until June 2025 + likely extensions based in Brisbane’s CBD.As the Senior Business Analyst, you will have extensive business analysis experience in healthcare, community services and / or not-for-profit sectors as well as advanced proficiency in business analysis methodologies and the proven ability to elicit and document meaningful business requirements and process maps.It would be beneficial if you had experience with any of the following solutions (or similar): Salesforce (CRM solution); Genesys (contact centre solution); Vocera (clinical communications solution); Advance Care (nurse call system). Key Responsibilities: Lead business analysis activities, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering and solution development for Clinical and Care initiatives; Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation and process maps for Clinical and Care initiatives; Design and facilitate workshops to capture stakeholder needs and elicit comprehensive requirements; Create detailed functional and technical specifications for new systems and process improvements; Manage complex stakeholder relationships with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Facilitate collaborative problem-solving and consensus-building across diverse teams; Share knowledge and expertise with other Business Analysts, providing guidance and support as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of business analysis experience in complex, service-based organisations; Advanced proficiency in business analysis methodologies; Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex business problems and develop effective solutions; Proven ability to elicit and document meaningful business requirements and process maps; High level interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders; Demonstrated experience in influencing others and obtaining consensus; Proficiency in Jira and Confluence software applications; Experience in healthcare, community services and / or not-for-profit sectors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
