Senior Business Analyst (Infrastructure/Integration) Our Federal Government client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in Infrastructure and Integration. This candidate will play a vital role in identifying key business challenges and translating them into clearly documented requirements in a complex environment. This role requires a Senior Business Analyst with experience in the ownership and development of infrastructure and enterprise-level integration requirements. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to identify and prioritise business challenges, developing innovative solutions that align with the department's objectives. You will play a pivotal role in the implementation lifecycle, including procurement, design, and quality assurance processes. This position is critical in bridging the gap between business and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and effective delivery of solutions. Key Duties and Responsibilities Define analysis approaches and undertake objective, systematic analysis to draw accurate conclusions based on evidence. Gather and investigate information from multiple sources, exploring new ideas and different perspectives. Collaborate with business teams to identify and prioritise problems that can be addressed through program outcomes. Play an influential role in the implementation lifecycle, including procurement, design, and quality assurance processes. Use strategic thinking to align activities with overarching policy priorities and organisational goals. Identify, report, and manage risks effectively. Confidently communicate messages in a clear, concise, and articulate manner. Work within agile frameworks, facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Build and sustain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Document business processes, requirements, and solution designs with clear and accurate diagrams. Respond flexibly to change and uncertainty. Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated experience as Senior Business Analyst working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams in complex program environments. Extensive cloud and integration platform experience and ability to demonstrate working across analytical roles supporting those implementations. Experience in procurement and requirements gathering in cloud and integration platform (preferably) in government. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Experience in developing data-driven solutions to inform business strategy and decision making. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions and workshops to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to document clear requirements and other documentation, including clear diagrams.
