Are you our next Senior Business Applications Analyst? MyState are constantly enhancing our business applications and subsequently we are seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Business Applications Analyst to join our Hobart Tasmania based team to be part of this exciting journey. This role offers a unique opportunity for those passionate about application development and system administration. As a Senior Business Applications Analyst, your day will involve: Requirement Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and prepare detailed system specifications. Collaborating with Stakeholders: Engage with both internal business and external vendor stakeholders through the software development lifecycle. System Configuration: Undertake any necessary systems configuration to facilitate implementation of change. Coordination: Coordinate implementation through either directly undertaking or supporting project management, change management, and testing activities to ensure deliverables are met. Reporting and Standards: Regularly report on assigned project tasks and contribute to maintaining outstanding service level standards within the team. Experience and Qualifications Formal tertiary qualifications in relevant IT disciplines. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technology-related business analyst role, preferably within financial services. Strong experience in writing functional and semi-technical specifications for enterprise systems. Solid understanding of common application systems architecture. Aptitude for application system configuration with a focus on detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Apply Now!
