The Role: An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Business Manager - Operations who leads a team of five Business Managers/Analysts and is responsible for providing strategic financial advice, driving efficiency initiatives, and supporting key stakeholders. The role will also provide direct business manager support to a division and reports to the Director of Business Support. To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum four years’ experience in a senior finance manager role within a medium to large complex organisation. Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business or Accounting. CA or CPA qualifications are preferred. Demonstrated experience in understanding and responding to complex business processes and situations. Demonstrated experience in managing the annual budgeting and forecasting process. Demonstrated experience in Board reporting and communication approaches. Demonstrated experience in working with a high-performance team and aligning it with the overall Finance Strategy.
