The Role: Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, you will join a results-driven and highly committed leadership team. As the Senior Finance & Insurance Business Manager in our newly refurbished, state-of-the-art showroom , you will be responsible for leading the finance department, guiding a team of enthusiastic business managers to excel in key result areas, driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll also be tasked with providing a proactive and consistent introduction of both Finance and Insurance products to customers, ensuring all avenues of finance are explored with the customer. The successful candidate will possess excellent operational and communication skills with a passion for leadership. Prior experience supervising and leading a team will be looked upon favourably.
