Role Overview This role is suited to a Business Project Manager , passionate about driving strategic change and capable of leading concurrent projects at various stages. Working closely with executive-level stakeholders, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of business transformation and improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple end-to-end business projects including strategy, operations, and organisational change. Develop and oversee project roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies through to delivery. Drive cross-functional collaboration , ensuring alignment between Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Change teams. Provide clear reporting and insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks to maintain project momentum. Partner with senior leaders to embed best-practice project governance and delivery frameworks . Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives , optimising project efficiency and business outcomes. Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in program delivery management or similarly complex business project leadership roles. Strong background in partnering with business stakeholders . Demonstrated experience in managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation to delivery. Extensive experience engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders .
