Join the City of Canning as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and play a key role in transforming our digital capabilities to better serve the City. About the role We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to help contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems that support our operations. In this role, you will also play a pivotal part across key projects to enhance system efficiency, drive innovation, and improve service delivery across the organisation. What you’ll be doing: In conjunction with the Coordinator, lead the implementation, enhancement and integration of enterprise applications, namely the City’s ERP system TechnologyOne, and other core applications. Be the trusted source of senior level advice for the Business Systems team. Providing technical advice and guidance to users on best practice and system functionality. Providing a high level project management and support services across the delivery and documentation of solutions. What you will bring to the role: You will have a background and/or relevant Project Management credentials. Demonstrated experience in developing Business Process Automation and Workflow solutions. A qualification in Information Systems/Computer Science or less formal qualifications with specialised skills and at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role. Significant experience supporting large ERP systems and core applications - exposure to the TechnologyOne suite of products is highly desirable! Strong understanding of ERP system functionality, including configuration, integration & reporting. Proven ability mapping and optimising business process workflows, and driving system efficiencies. Consummate communication skills; your ability to engage with stakeholders from all levels and translate their needs into practical and workable solutions is critical to this role.
