We are seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to play a pivotal role in delivering and sustaining cloud-based platforms supporting critical geospatial and intelligence operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead cloud technology initiatives, work with advanced AWS solutions, and collaborate with key stakeholders in a dynamic and evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Lead cloud technology initiatives, particularly in AWS, working closely with technical specialists and security experts. Oversee and enhance cloud-native systems, ensuring optimal design, security, and performance. Provide engineering support for geospatial web services and data integration across key agencies. Manage commercial and allied data sharing agreements, ensuring efficient cloud resource utilization. Essential Criteria Extensive experience in Cloud Solution Architecture (AWS) across infrastructure and applications. Strong background in cloud security, virtualization, and database solutions. Knowledge of ITIL, TOGAF, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles. Experience with tools such as CheckMK, Atlassian, AWS native technologies, Splunk, and KeyCloak.
