Job Description We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within our Irish business based in Dublin, where we are now certified as a Great Place to Work. This contract will be an initial parental leave cover of 12 months. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level, reporting into the Head of Finance. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be the commercial management of our business. You will play a key part in supporting the team with actionable insights and strategic planning to drive category growth and profitability. What makes our Irish business so special? What you’ll do: Full P&L accountability for core business Develop a deep understanding of the short- and long-term return on investment (ROI) of all customer investment drivers Lead monthly/quarterly commercial performance reviews Lead trade promotional planning, including post-promotional evaluation and reporting Manage the process of promotional and Joint Business Planning reviews with sales teams Collaboration with sales organization, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive engagement across extended business Demand planning accountability with the support of demand planning team Define the commercial plans for innovations Work closely with Marketing and Category teams on business case development for all NPD What you’ll need: Proven experience & progression within commercial functions (ideally around 6 years’ experience) Track record for supporting delivery of new business models and innovation Knowledge: FMCG experience Education: BSc/BA required Professional Attributes Communication Skills At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
