About This Role We’re looking for a Senior Commercial and Reporting Analyst who is responsible for driving delivery of commercial initiatives, partnering with the business and providing advice on financial, operational, and strategic matters. Reporting to the General Manager of Commercial and Analytics, you’ll be a trusted partner, driving insights and empowering teams with data to shape impactful outcomes. Why Join Us? What You’ll Do Lead Insights & Reporting : Build robust reporting frameworks, develop KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to senior management. Partner Across Teams : Collaborate with IT, finance, and other stakeholders to optimize reporting processes and improve data integrity. Drive Strategy : Support cost-benefit modelling, contribute to budgeting, and lead annual forecasting processes. Innovate Continuously : Elevate the team’s analytical capability with creative solutions and advanced tools like Power BI dashboards. Foster Leadership : Mentor a talented team and shape a culture aligned with our mission and values. What You Bring Qualifications & Expertise : A degree in Finance (or equivalent) and CPA/CA credentials. 10+ years of experience in a business advisory/partnering role. Technical Excellence : Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools; experience with Jedox is a plus. Leadership & Collaboration : Proven ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and inspire change. Mission Alignment : A passion for contributing to a values-driven organization rooted in Christian principles. Essential Requirements National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain). Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Degree in Finance or related field, or significant equivalent experience. CA or CPA qualifications. Influencing and communication skills.
