The OpportunityAre you a leader with extensive experience in the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) sector? As a Senior Consultant – DVA, you’ll provide expert consulting services to organisations operating within the DVA landscape. This role combines your operational expertise and strategic vision to drive growth, enhance service offerings, and foster long-term client partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and secure new opportunities to expand your client base and strengthen our market presence in the DVA sector. Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients, offering tailored consulting solutions and ongoing support to meet their unique needs. Strategic Planning: Partner with clients to design and implement strategies that align with their organisational goals and DVA-related operations. Project Delivery: Manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Operational Insight: Provide expert analysis of DVA-related business operations, identifying areas for improvement and offering actionable recommendations. Market Awareness: Stay informed about DVA policies, regulations, and industry trends, delivering valuable insights to clients. Department Growth: Mentor junior team members, drive the expansion of the DVA consulting division, and identify new opportunities for service innovation. About YouIndustry Expertise: At least 5 years of experience managing or running medium to large-sized businesses focused on DVA services. Strategic Business Leader: Proven ability in business development and client management, with a track record of driving growth.
