Senior Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Supporting our Australian customers, the Senior Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will take on this client-facing role with lead responsibility for the functional area, supporting our existing clients, and implementing new client solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead functional analysis and design workshops, identify and recognize issues/risks, and advise clients on the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on best practices and the customer’s business processes. What You'll Do Drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects for multiple customers end-to-end. Lead the functional analysis and design workshops for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on industry best practice. Blueprint documentation and workshop sessions with users/process and develop to-be process flows. Configure and customize the system from the business process. Support customers with data-cleansing and migration from legacy systems and other third-party systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Conduct UAT tests to assess functionality and usability before Go-Live. What You Need to Succeed Must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV as a Lead Functional Consultant. Experience and skills to provide successful project outcomes, including but not limited to: Analysis and Design, Key User Training, System Build, User Acceptance Testing, and Data Conversion. Experience in the following areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV: Financials, Trade and Logistics including sales, purchase, and inventory; Warehouse Management (including Advanced Warehouse Management and Manufacturing). Desirable experience in the following areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV: Projects and Service Management. Excellent self-time management skills. Should be self-driven to provide excellent service to all stakeholders, including Customers and Colleagues alike. Beneficial Experience: Power BI and/or Power Platform, Jet Reports. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification is required or must be obtained before the end of the probationary period.
