The role: MS Dynamics 365 CE/FO technical/functional consultants or developers, to work on new and exciting projects. What you will do: You will be part of a team responsible for deployment, implementation, design and development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/FO) solutions. As a Developer, you will be responsible for the implementation of design and solutions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/FO) across a variety of project-based scenarios. Deploy MS Dynamics 365/CE/FO projects on customer site working across Proof of Concepts, Design, development, Customizations, Workshops and Support. Guide junior team members or lead them depending on your experience. Operate in a team environment, contributing to delivery, problem solving and team culture. Work on the integration of MS Dynamics 365 using Power Automate Flows and use other products in Power Platform. Offer a consultative approach and listen to client requirements, delivering accordingly. Work with users to formulate and document business requirements. Identify, investigate, and analyze business processes, procedures and work practices. Identify and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior. Use project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects. Take responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, ensuring acceptable quality and integrity of the system. Create user and training documentation, and conduct formal training classes. Develop functional specifications for use by system developers. Use data and process modeling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software. Act as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision-making process. Customer-facing skills and strong communication are essential for the role. A can-do positive attitude and someone who is willing to learn and grow. Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
