As a Senior Consultant or Manager – Valuation Modelling and Economics: You will join our Valuation Modelling and Economics (VME) team within our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) service line. As part of a global team of 10,000 professionals in 100 countries, you will advise clients on preserving, optimising, raising or investing capital. You will support clients regarding valuation matters in various contexts including for transactions, portfolio assessment, restructuring and strategic planning. Your key responsibilities Work within small project teams to undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets. Take ownership for delivery of projects within each team, managing and preparing valuation reports and detailed financial modelling. Think critically, identify issues and propose strategies related to the advice being provided. Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel and colleagues. What we’re looking for A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 7 years of related work experience. A degree in finance, economics, accounting or business. Direct experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies. Experience in financial modelling in MS Excel and related software preferred. Experience conducting valuations for accounting and or tax planning purposes is desired. Excellent analytical, communication, organisational, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
