Job Description

Duration: 6 months with a possibility to extend Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end contract management process, from initial drafting to contract closeout. Provide expert guidance on contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, and project management teams, to facilitate effective contract development and execution. Conduct thorough reviews of contractual documents, identifying and mitigating risks while maximizing opportunities for value creation. Serve as a primary point of contact for external partners and vendors, fostering positive relationships and resolving contract-related issues in a timely manner. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field. 5+ years of experience. Visible commitment to maintaining the highest standard of safety. Extensive experience in contracting and procurement for onshore oil and gas drilling projects, preferably with an oil and gas operator in Australia. Ability to lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization while mitigating risks. Ability to identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts, implementing strategies to mitigate and manage risks effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
