La Trobe University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Coordinator, Placement Partnering & Operations to join our vibrant team. About the Role As the Senior Coordinator, you will provide leadership across the business partnering teams responsible for supporting health placements, within the Placement Partnering & Operations (PPO) unit. You will manage domain-wide responsibilities, enhance operational efficiencies, and foster a culture of quality and collaboration. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring more than 10,000 students annually gain valuable, real-world experience through placements. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing placement activities and managing staff across a multi-campus environment. Driving process improvements and operational excellence aligned with strategic goals. Coordinating stakeholder communication and compliance with regulations. Leading cross-domain projects and developing innovative training programs. Empowering teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for students, staff, and partners. About You To excel in this role, you will have: Proven leadership and management experience. Expertise in work-based learning and placement programs, ideally in health and clinical settings. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills. A strong understanding of compliance requirements and operational systems. A degree with relevant experience or equivalent alternate qualifications.
