Attractive salary package bonus + benefits + wellbeing program Sydney CBD Highly regarded investment manager Broad corporate affairs opportunity Dynamic boutique funds management business is seeking a Senior Corporate Affairs Advisor to join their collaborative team.Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager and working within the Corporate Affairs team, this is a critical role that will work together with the investment, finance, investor relations and operations teams to ensure all shareholder engagement, communications, marketing and brand initiatives are strategically aligned and constantly improved. You will be responsible for: Communications and Marketing - prepare engaging market focused and thought leadership content to enhance the reputation of the organisation through owned and earned channels Support the Corporate Affairs Manager in developing communications materials such as monthly, half yearly and annual results announcements, annual reports, ASX announcements, presentation slides and speaking notes, social content, video scripts, media releases, shareholder emails and more Develop and coordinate the execution of engaging and compelling marketing and communications plans in relation to key events including roadshows, capital raising activities and IPOs Ensure consistency of branding and voice across all communications Identify opportunities to increase awareness of the organisation Generate content and new ideas to communicate with existing and prospective investors Review and support the work of other team members including with ideas on further enhancing reputation Use Canva, InDesign and Pardot to create branding assets Ensure all communications and marketing output is high-quality, customer-focused and error-free Facilitate relationships with existing and potential partners including paid media partners and industry organisations Shareholder Engagement - ensure shareholder needs and expectations are understood via inbound calls and emails, surveys, presentation feedback, etc. and addressed through internal reporting and amendments to communications and marketing initiatives Assist in providing a market leading shareholder experience in the market, including engaging on a personal level with shareholders when opportunities arise Assist with the generation, planning and execution of innovative customer retention and acquisition strategies You will have: Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing or Business (or equivalent) Demonstrable experience working in a similar role in communications and marketing Significant industry experience in communications and marketing, with experience in the financial services sector working in-house or within agency Keen interest in funds management, investment management and financial services and exposure working with or for ASX-listed organisations Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationships building skills Exceptional attention to detail Committed to best-practice shareholder engagement, communications and marketing Passionate about making a difference for shareholders and the community Leadership skills that can inspire, motivate and mentor junior team members A “people person” with excellent interpersonal & communications skills Ability to work as a team player in a small team environment Collaborative and consultative approach to work You will benefit from: Working with the best and brightest minds in the business Access to an incredible wellbeing program and additional perks and benefits A collaborative, dynamic and vibrant culture Attractive remuneration package + bonuses This is a unique career opportunity for a passionate and driven Corporate Affairs / Communications professional to work with an industry leader experiencing continued growth with a fantastic reputation who offer flexibility, a collaborative culture and endless benefits and career opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
