Senior Credit & Compliance Analyst (Equip Finance) Company: Is a mature global business finance lender, whose Australian business focuses on financing business critical equipment through: Equipment suppliers, Direct customers and Broker relationships.Opportunity: The Australian business is just starting to mature in the local market and so this role is needed to handle the growing number of applications above their automated decisioning model limits and ensure AML/KYC and other Compliance needs are in place.Role: Is the sole specialist looking after applications that exceed the limits of automated credit decisioning models to assess new business sourced from Equipment dealers, Brokers and Direct customers.The Credit decisioning model caps out at $250,000. Your role will assess deals over this and liaise with global Credit approval teams, depending on deal size.You will monitor the performance of the rules in the decisioning model and also be the owner of the AML/KYC check process, along with fraud monitoring and mitigation.Requirements: We will be looking for the following skills and experience: Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Business/Finance Strong Commercial lending experience, focused on Equipment Finance as a DLA holder Communication skills to ensure referral partners understand Credit Risk's needs Knowledge of best practices in Business Equipment Finance Questions can be directed to our Credit Risk Recruitment Specialist - Simon Bird on 0414 965 113.#J-18808-Ljbffr
