Senior Data Business Analyst | Finance Transformation Join our Group Treasury Capital team, supporting the delivery of a significant Financial Planning and Analysis Transformation Program. As part of a growing project team, you will work closely with our delivery partners, technology and business teams. In this role, you will lead the implementation of a significant transformation to drive balance sheet efficiency, improve risk management and enable bottom line growth across our businesses. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of a Capital and Group Financial Planning and Analysis transformation project, acting as a liaison between business users and the technology delivery teams. You will interpret and clearly document business and data requirements, enhance how finance performs forecasting, and stress test in the future to ensure we meet our internal processes and external regulatory obligations. What you offer 7+ years’ experience as a business analyst, producing data requirements in a business context Experience in data analysis/SQL with the ability to break down functional requirements into data requirements Experience in data definition, data lineage and analysis of data quality measurement aspects Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently Prior experience in capital projects is advantageous We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
