About the Role We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and highly strategic Senior Demand Generation Manager to own pipeline growth. You’ll play a critical role in scaling revenue, running high-impact campaigns, and continuously testing and iterating to improve performance. If you thrive on campaign execution, A/B tests, rapid optimization , and using data to drive engagement, this is the role for you! Primary Responsibilities Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Align closely with sales to define ICP & segmentation criteria, refine target lists, and spearhead coordinated outreach plays to key accounts. Plan and execute multi-touch ABM campaigns , leveraging a mix of tactics such as paid media, direct mail, email, and events. Develop highly tailored messaging that resonates with specific accounts and personas, ensuring maximum engagement and conversion. Performance Marketing Own and optimize LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid media channels ideal for B2B enterprise targets , driving pipeline and conversions. Manage and refine ad creatives, copy, and landing pages , running A/B tests for continuous improvement. Test and optimize audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and channel mix to maximize ROI. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and revenue contribution using HubSpot/Salesforce. Engagement & Nurture Incorporate micro-insights and thought leadership content into campaigns to enhance engagement and credibility. Develop highly personalized nurture sequences using behavioral triggers to increase lead velocity and conversion rates. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in growth marketing/demand generation and ABM in a B2B SaaS environment (marketing to CPG a bonus) Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. Expertise in ABM, multi-channel campaigns, and audience segmentation. Strong analytical mindset—proficient in marketing attribution, funnel analysis, and campaign performance tracking. Proficiency in HubSpot for campaign execution, automation, and reporting. Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with creative experimentation.
