About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee property development projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful project outcomes across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities: Development Management & Feasibility: Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from site acquisition to project delivery. Conduct financial feasibility studies, risk assessments, and market research to support investment decisions. Develop and manage project budgets, cashflows, and financial reporting. Planning & Approvals: Manage town planning processes and work with consultants to secure development approvals. Ensure compliance with local planning legislation (NSW, VIC & QLD), regulations, and environmental policies. Project Delivery & Construction Management: Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Develop and maintain project programs, schedules, and procurement strategies. Identify and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, and quality. Stakeholder & Consultant Management: Liaise with investors, clients, governments, and community stakeholders to drive project success. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and funding arrangements with key partners. Sales, Leasing & Exit Strategy: Work with marketing, sales, and leasing teams to maximise project returns. Develop exit strategies for built assets, ensuring alignment with investment goals. Key Skills & Experience: 8+ years’ experience in property development, project management, or construction delivery. Strong knowledge of development feasibility, planning approvals, and construction methodologies. Experience managing budgets over $50M and delivering large-scale projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, financial modelling software (Estate Master), and project management tools.
