The Opportunity This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned, entrepreneurial-minded project developer to take on a pivotal role in a fast-moving, well-funded renewable energy company. The Role As Senior Project Development Manager , you’ll take the lead on multiple utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, driving them from mid-to-late-stage development through to Final Investment Decision (FID) . What We’re Looking For A confident and emotionally intelligent leader, capable of engaging with communities and key stakeholders. Strong expertise in development approvals, environmental assessments, community engagement, and grid connection —you’ve done it all (or most of it) before and thrive in an autonomous role. BESS experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate. A self-starter who’s ready to be the 2iC of the project development team and drive projects forward.
