We’re looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join Traffic Radius in Melbourne. About the Role As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, managing and optimising their SEO, paid search (Google Ads, PPC), and social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). You’ll work closely with our in-house team to deliver results-driven strategies that help businesses stand out online. What You’ll Be Doing Managing client relationships and acting as their key point of contact. Developing and executing SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies tailored to each client. Working with our specialists across creative, media, and development to deliver high-performing campaigns. Tracking performance, analysing data, and providing insights to improve results. Identifying new opportunities to grow client accounts and drive success. Staying up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Minimum Requirements At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing account management (agency experience preferred). Strong skills in SEO, Google Ads (PPC), and social media marketing (organic & paid). Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads. Great communication and relationship-building skills. A data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results. Strong time management skills – you can juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
