Senior Director - Communications, Engagement and CultureFull-time Permanent Details: The City Renewal Authority is seeking an experienced communications and engagement leader to drive strategic and project level communications and engagement across all functions of the organisation. You'll be a strategic thinker with the ability to work on wide-ranging, complex, and sensitive issues. You'll lead a team of talented communications professionals working across numerous projects. The Communications and Engagement team works with all parts of City Renewal. The team is supportive, collaborative and loves to have fun. You'll work with external stakeholders to positively progress and deliver on City Renewal's goals. Internally, you'll drive the development of a positive organisational culture through effective communications and engagement strategies. Eligibility/Other Requirements: Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in communications, community engagement, public relations or journalism would be highly desirable. Note: This is a permanent position available immediately. A merit pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Our workplace: Our workplace is designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers do not have a designated workstation/desk. Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
