The Role We are seeking a Senior Director of Engagement Management to lead a team across the APAC region. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in client engagement, project delivery, and data-driven digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, ensuring project success, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 engagement managers across APAC. Develop strategies to enhance client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Oversee project delivery from inception to execution while maintaining quality standards. Drive revenue growth and portfolio expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations. Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices in engagement management. Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements. What You’ll Bring Experience with digital marketing technologies such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, and CDPs is a plus. Around 10 years of experience in account or project management within a consulting environment. At least 5 years of managerial experience leading teams of 15+ members, ideally in a distributed environment. Proven track record of working with clients across various industries in the APAC market. Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commercial acumen with the ability to drive business growth. Proficiency in project management methodologies.
