The Role Service Line Specialists (SLS) are specialised market facing commercial roles that require deep industry knowledge and solution-driven sales acumen. SLSs work closely with our Client Partners, Platform vendors and other service lines to drive client-specific solutioning and selling. You will be responsible for the growth of the ISG service line in the APJ Geography by expanding our existing client relationships as well as onboarding new clients primarily within Insurance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our footprint in Australia & Japan. Collaborate with commercial, delivery and service line leadership and platform partners in the region to identify and craft tailored solutions/proposals that address client needs. Engage and foster relationships with key client stakeholders, position Cognizant through value-based domain-aligned selling. Lead business and techno-functional discussions, client value discovery workshops, and ensure revenue success with clients and partners. Manage partnerships with established partners through joint GTM and offerings. Identify emerging platforms and forge meaningful partnerships. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities. Engage Analysts to establish market credentials for Cognizant. Required Capabilities and Experience: 20+ years in the Insurance Industry with recognition and relationships in the market. Established track record in selling solutions to Insurance & BFS clients. Deep domain knowledge in the insurance industry and techno-functional understanding of Insurance platforms. Execution experience in at least 2 large scale transformation of Policy/Billing/Claims/Distribution areas. Consulting/problem solving orientation with excellent communication skills. Track record of building strategic partnerships with software vendors and executing joint GTM.
