This leadership role will provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Key Responsibilities: Developing and supporting ANZ Solution Engineers. Engaging with high-level executives. Collaborating with the VP to secure major deals. Furthermore, this role requires actively engaging with the market to identify new programs and advising on the direction of ANZ's Oracle ecosystem. The person in this role must possess the demeanor of a COO, able to lead by example, and have a comprehensive understanding of finance solutions, business processes across the organization, and sales strategies. Responsibilities: Visionary Leadership - Own the charge in driving innovation and change at the intersection of Finance and Technology. Continuously challenge the status quo and think creatively to uncover new ways of crafting value for the organization and its customers. Develop and implement strategies that demonstrate modern technology platforms to achieve better returns on investment. Drive the automation of critical finance processes, streamline workflows, and optimize efficiency through intelligent and artificial automation. Team Development - Cultivate a growing and motivated team through mentorship, guidance, and empowerment. Invest in developing team members' skills, encouraging an environment of growth and collaboration. Crisis Management - Apply your experience in crisis management to troubleshoot and problem-solve in challenging situations, drawing on your past success. Customer and Partner Engagement - Collaborate with customers and partners to understand their needs, strategize solutions, and ensure their success. Develop and maintain positive relationships that contribute to mutual growth. Share your insights and expertise by speaking publicly at industry conferences and events. Innovation and Technology Adoption - Stay at the forefront of technological advancements and innovations within the Finance sector. Guide the customers in adopting new technologies that align with their strategic goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven track record of success in leadership roles within Finance and Technology, focusing on planning, automation, and innovation. Strong ability to build and lead successful teams, encouraging a culture of collaboration and growth. Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to engage with customers, partners, and industry peers. Previous experience in speaking publicly at industry conferences and events is desirable. Ability to balance transformational thinking with practical execution and results-oriented leadership.
