GM People and Culture at APG & Co Pty Ltd As Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for leading the e-commerce strategy, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer journey while driving online growth. You will manage end-to-end digital operations, optimise website performance, enhance CRM strategies, and spearhead the implementation of a loyalty program to deepen customer engagement. We are built to last. The Role Trade Drive e-commerce and marketplace performance to achieve sales and profit targets. Work with the digital marketing team to optimise experience across traffic channels and implement data-driven improvements. Analyse site performance and collaborate with product and planning teams to optimise stock availability and identify future opportunities. Implement trade actions based on weekly reports from planning and product teams. Ensure site merchandising, search optimisation, and AB testing strategies enhance customer experience & drive conversion. Manage team to ensure product, promotions, and content are accurate and launched on time. Reporting & Insights Provide detailed weekly reporting on site performance, sales, traffic, conversion rates, fulfilment, and customer interactions. Analyse digital activities, customer behaviour, and product performance to deliver actionable insights and inform strategy. Report on email and direct marketing campaigns, refining strategies based on performance data. Lead initiatives to improve the Saba online customer experience, increasing engagement, dwell time, and conversion while reducing bounce rates and cart abandonment. Drive adoption of new platform capabilities on the Saba own website as well as marketplace channels. Work collaboratively with Group Digital department on the group Digital roadmap and ecommerce operations initiatives. Collaborate with Group Digital department, marketing, retail and logistics to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences for the customer. Work alongside Group Digital & IT to implement website UX/UI enhancements (ecommerce development backlog), CRO recommendations and new platform features. Ensure the website aligns with brand guidelines in navigation, structure, and content. CRM, Loyalty & Customer Engagement Develop and implement a best-in-class CRM and loyalty program to drive retention, frequency, and lifetime value. Lead database growth and segmentation strategies to personalise and enhance customer engagement. Own and optimise trigger-based email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, improving automation and personalisation. Performance Marketing & Traffic Growth Work with the marketing team to develop traffic growth strategies, briefing internal teams and external agencies on performance marketing initiatives. Implement data-driven optimisation tactics to improve ROI across acquisition channels. Stakeholder & Team Management Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, buying, and digital, to ensure alignment on e-commerce initiatives. Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring all digital initiatives are executed effectively. Mentor and develop the e-commerce team, fostering a high-performance culture. You 5+ years of relevant experience in the eCommerce space. Management of a small team with the ability to lead and develop team members. Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, retail and creative. Must have experience in fashion / retail. Strong understanding of Salesforce, Google Analytics, Web optimization tools. Solid understanding of onsite merchandising and content and how it can be used to drive sales. Highly organized with the ability to manage projects and external partners. A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused attitude. Strong expertise in digital trade, UX/UI, CRM, loyalty programs, and conversion optimisation. Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, reporting, and performance tracking. Familiarity with digital platforms and tools such as Shopify, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar. Ability to lead and collaborate across teams, managing internal stakeholders and external agencies. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. Passion for premium fashion, customer experience, and brand elevation. Where do I sign?
