Myer is currently looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager - Special Projects to drive high-impact Digital Commerce initiatives in alignment with broader business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Digital Commerce at Myer by leveraging innovation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the online customer experience and support business growth. About the Role: Reporting to the Head of Digital Operations, lead and manage strategic Digital Commerce projects , ensuring alignment with Myer’s long-term digital transformation goals and the Myer Full Potential Plan. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the Digital Commerce, Digital Experience, IT, Merchandise , and Supply Chain teams to drive cross-functional alignment and project execution. Oversee the evaluation, prioritisation, and integration of Digital Commerce Priorities , ensuring initiatives are properly evaluated, prioritised, and integrated into existing workflows. Leverage advanced analytics and market insights to identify growth opportunities, optimise decision-making, and enhance customer experience strategies. Lead the development and execution of Digital Commerce projects , ensuring high-impact initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes. Maintain a competitor insights repository , using structured performance monitoring tools to benchmark Myer’s eCommerce capabilities. Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement , empowering teams to adopt agile methodologies and best practices. About You: Strategic and results-driven leader with a track record in leading projects, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting transformation initiatives. Experience in retail, eCommerce, digital businesses, or consulting and professional services preferred. 5+ years of leadership experience in within fast-paced environments. Strong analytical skills with expertise in market analysis, website analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across various business functions and at all levels of the organisation. Experience in strategy development, process optimisation, automation, and driving operational excellence. A strategic and results-driven mindset , with the ability to adapt to industry changes and problem-solve effectively. A collaborative and inclusive leader , passionate about coaching and developing high-performing teams. Bonus points: Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and tools as well as emerging digital commerce trends.
