The opportunity The Senior Engineer of Asset Performance will improve the understanding and insights related to asset performance at Greater Western Water. They will lead the asset performance management workstream as part of the organisation’s ongoing asset management improvement plan. This role requires advanced expertise in asset performance, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement to enhance the maturity of asset management at Greater Western Water. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive asset performance framework that includes standards, measures, and management processes for continuous improvement and digital visualisation of insights throughout the asset lifecycle. Develop and implement the workstream plan by addressing resource needs, stakeholder roles, and governance, while ensuring effective communication, tracking progress, and reporting challenges to the Asset Management Improvement Hub. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support the development and adoption of enterprise asset performance standards, measures, monitoring and reporting processes across the asset lifecycle. Support provided across the business on the operation of asset management models and the state of assets. Skills & Experience Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields. Experience in the development and application of asset performance models. Experience in developing KPIs and performance standards for assets. Extracting insights from data. Experience with data visualisation and IT systems. Strong stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of asset performance frameworks & asset reliability models.
