Senior Producer, Experiences (JOB-322916) Location: Chippendale, AustraliaSector: MarketingSalary: Competitive We're looking for a Senior Producer to join our Live Experiences team, based in Sydney, on an initial 12-month contract in a newly created full-time role.About the role: Working collaboratively with team members in Melbourne and Sydney, a Senior Producer at KOJO is an account manager, a producer, and a leader of project teams including managing the allocation of work to team members on projects under your direction.In this role, you will be active with a number of major clients and aim to play a key role in their internal event planning. You will understand our client's annual strategic goals and will focus on building a strong relationship based on trust, best practice, and your ability to deliver great outcomes for both KOJO and the client.You will be responsible for driving and providing insights into the financial performance of your accounts, as well as upcoming projects in the pipeline, to the Head of Experience. Additionally, you will monitor the delivery of current projects, ensuring timely invoicing, accurate project reporting, and actively seeking opportunities to reduce external costs by utilising internal resources and equipment.You will work on projects of various sizes, where you will: Receive client briefs Establish clear objectives and deliverables Define the scope of work for KOJO Manage and track budgets Develop technical briefs and production documents Handle client invoicing and reconciliation Set up and lead KOJO project teams Oversee creative development with relevant experts Manage project timelines, ensuring all required KOJO documentation is delivered to the client on time As the senior member of the Experiences team, you will play an active role in ensuring the wider team adheres to the KOJO Way processes and systems, including a ‘lead by example’ approach. These processes include the regular and accurate reporting of project financials within our work management system, management of client invoicing schedules across projects, use of standardised document templates, use of Click Up for overall project management and time reporting as well as seeking best value in the use of preferred suppliers.This role is offered initially as a fixed-term contract for a 12-month period as a result of some recent client project acquisitions, and is available for immediate start.About you: You're an experienced, senior Events professional with strong experience in event planning/technical production, account management, project management, and team leadership across a range of high-profile brand experiences including festivals, launches, conferences, and special events.You have strong financial and business acumen, and a strong client service focus. You're passionate about developing people in your team and working collaboratively to deliver world-class work. Most importantly, your personal values align with ours: genuine, curious, caring, and fearless.You are comfortable working in matrix reporting lines and bringing teams together to deliver outcomes efficiently and effectively. You're comfortable leading teams of all sizes and passionate about the team achieving great things together. You're passionate about working into and building out systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of client outcomes within budget and scope.
