Senior Facility Services Officer

Job Description

Lead and influence Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) clinical and clinical support networks to maintain service delivery throughout the project life cycle. Develop, coordinate and implement strategic organisational strategies and initiatives to support in minimising the impacts to all clinical environments. Provide project management, quality improvement and change management methodologies to ensure critical timeframes are met with no adverse events. Maintain highly effective interpersonal skills at all levels across the organisation, including engagement, consultation and presentation skills and proven ability in negotiation and influencing to achieve organisational goals. Demonstrate the ability to provide authoritative written advice to senior management on a range of complex organisational project related issues and ability to prepare complex submissions, briefings and reports. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Support the RBWH in addressing complex organisational issues as part of an end to end process using a quality improvement framework Project manage clinical improvements in a complex clinical service delivery setting Communicate effectively via all mediums with staff at all levels with a key focus on negotiation, influence and change management Prepare complex submissions, briefings and reports to senior management.
