To put it simply, we want our people to thrive and love the work they do.Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive finance partnering and manage senior stakeholders in Rest's Investment Division, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial responsibilities. Conduct financial analysis for investments, including new opportunities and divestitures, with a focus on business cases, benefit identification, and Whole of Fund impact. Prepare and manage the annual investment cost budget, assist with forecasting, and provide regular financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders. Support Best Financial Interest Duty Assessments, including NPV calculations, and ensure compliance with financial risk management framework. Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, while promoting a culture of value-add within the team. Develop and maintain complex financial models, leveraging advanced Excel skills to provide impactful analysis and decision support across investments. Coach and advise stakeholders on budget responsibilities and financial performance improvement, aligning operating costs with the strategic business plan. Qualifications CA or CPA qualified or tertiary finance qualifications or equivalent. Significant experience in financial services or Superannuation Fund, with specific investment experience (particularly in Private Markets). Advanced modelling and Excel skills, with proven track record in building and maintaining complex models. Strong business partnering experience across multiple senior stakeholders. Comprehensive knowledge of the Superannuation and Financial Services Industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage projects efficiently.
