Job description - Senior Foreman / Management / Service Advisor Hey… Looking for a change? Denmor Automotive is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team as a lead / senior technician. You will be responsible for overseeing technical repairs, mentoring junior apprentices & workshop / management / client liaison. For the right candidate, there is ample pathway within the business to ultimately end up off the tools in a manager's role. Skills & Requirements Be a qualified Motor Mechanic (Cert 3 Light Vehicle) Be an authorised AIS examiner (or be willing to obtain asap) Have your own tools / tool storage etc. Be enthusiastic about growing within the industry & within our business Be able to work effectively individually & with other members of the team Have a valid (unsuspended) Australian driver’s licence Have great communication skills If you have Auto Electrical & Air Conditioning experience that would be ideal, but if not, we can train and develop you new skills and opportunities whilst working with us. With our team's unique skill set, there is never a dull moment and always so much to learn.
