Join our Commodities and Global Markets Technology, UAM team. We are embarking on an exciting project aimed at creating a crucial platform for managing internal controls. These internal controls are designed to assist the business in risk management. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop solutions that are well-integrated with our existing systems. Take responsibility for creating and managing tools vital for Identity Access Management (IAM) within our Commodities and Global Markets business. You will ensure that users will have the appropriate access to the systems needed, as well as coding, testing, and deploying software while managing the release planning and execution. Your responsibilities will extend beyond coding as you represent the team, oversee, and schedule feature releases, and manage the complex aspects of project management. You play a key role in guiding the engineering team to support project delivery and align with our business objectives. What you offer Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and have a desire to mentor less experienced team members. Experience leading a project from inception to production. Building scalable, maintainable, and low latency web applications. Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle & design principles. Experience with cross-functional teams to meet the functional requirement. Strong knowledge of Python for back-end programming. Some knowledge on ReactJs for front-end. Experience with AWS services like S3, EC2, RDS (Postgres), SNS, Lambda. Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker etc). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
